The users of the website are of four types, namely general users (customers), owners, researchers and admin. Also, we proposed to use a separate dashboard for admin to manage the properties from different places and different owners. The admin has the right to perform amenity management where they can manage all the images related to the properties and also suggest some popular locations to the users. To extend our services, the admin was provided the privilege to categorize the owners depending on their property types like building area, homes, villas etc… The quotation is provided to the customers after analyzing the renting purpose i.e. either for corporate meetings or personal use. We understand the uniqueness of this website is giving a personal touch to the customers. So we suggest to implement a researcher for property management who will do research based on the customer's search criteria. We recommended the owners to add property details, contact info, amenities, floor plans, property images with their own login credentials to the website. For the filters we proposed to add some extra features like cleaning service, high speed internet, phone line, parking and pets which helps the customers to refine their search. The customers can also mark certain properties as their favorites for future reference.
